Formatting guidelines

Review the short checklist before submitting your material.

General requirements

Format your material according to these parameters.

  • Pages3–6 A4 pages.
  • Marginstop, bottom, left, and right — 2 cm each.
  • FontTimes New Roman, 14 pt.
  • Line spacing1,0.
  • Paragraph indent1 cm.
  • Material languageUkrainian, English, or another EU language.
  • File format.docx or .doc.
  • File nameFirstAuthorSurname_abstracts.docx.
  • Number of authorsno more than 4 people.
  • Equationsuse the MS Word equation editor; numbering is aligned to the right.
  • Figures and tablesmust have titles and source references. Figures must be grouped as a single editable graphic object. Font — 12 pt; line spacing — 1.0.
  • ReferencesAccording to DSTU 8302:2015 or APA Style.
  • Originalitythe paper must be original. All borrowed material must be properly cited.

Paper structure

Follow the recommended order of sections.

    Paper titleUA + EN

    Clear, informative, and free of undefined abbreviations. It must be provided in both Ukrainian and English.

  2. 2
    Author informationUA + EN

    Full name, academic degree, position, institution, city, country, and ORCID. Students should state their level of higher education. This information must be provided in both Ukrainian and English.

  3. 3
    Abstract and keywordsUA + EN

    Must be provided in both Ukrainian and English.

  4. 4
    Main text

    Problem statement, literature analysis, results, and conclusions.

  5. 5
    References

    In order of citation.
