When necessary, the paper is referred to a subject expert. The assessment format and timeframe depend on the conference or publication.

The author receives one of three decisions: accepted, revisions required, or rejected. Feedback is substantive and non-discriminatory.

An unpublished manuscript and the author’s personal data are not used outside the editorial process.
