Abstract

This paper examines the role of supervision as a modern tool for professional support and the development of human resources within local communities. It highlights the importance of supervisory approaches in improving the quality of public and social services, strengthening the institutional capacity of local authorities, and developing the human capital of communities. The paper justifies the advisability of introducing supervision into the activities of local authorities in the context of decentralisation, military challenges and Ukraine’s post-war recovery.
