The Objective Aspect of the Violation of the Subsoil Property Rights
Abstract
This article examines the characteristics of the objective aspect of violations of subsoil property rights. It is proposed that subsoil use permits in Ukraine be understood as a set of legal, technical, and environmental documents that grant a business entity the right to engage in the planned type of subsoil use provided for by subsoil legislation.
