The State Criminal-Executive Service as an Actor in the Prevention of Organized Crime
Abstract
The paper determines the role of the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine in preventing organized crime. It examines the legal foundations of its activities, principal preventive functions and organizational risks. The author proposes directions for strengthening inter-agency cooperation and improving preventive work in penitentiary institutions.
