Анотація

A conceptual and methodological approach to transforming the management system amidst global changes is substantiated as a set of concepts, principles, methods, and research tools aimed at enhancing its adaptability, organizational resilience, and dynamic capabilities. The basic indicators of the readiness of the management system for transformation in the conditions of global changes have been determined. A methodological toolkit for assessing the readiness of the management system for transformation in the conditions of global changes has been proposed, which includes systems analysis to identify interrelationships between global changes and management processes; SWOT analysis to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the management system, as well as opportunities and threats in the global environment; and gap analysis to identify the gap between the system's current and target states.
