Performance Management in Hybrid Teams: Trust, Coordination and Employee Well-Being
Анотація
The paper examines management conditions associated with effective hybrid teams combining remote and on-site work. Building on empirical research and Eurofound reports, it proposes an integrated approach to performance management based on measurable outcomes, asynchronous coordination, equal access to information and protection of recovery time. Particular attention is given to choosing appropriate team metrics and avoiding location-based bias in evaluation and promotion. The contribution is a four- component conceptual framework whose effectiveness should be assessed in specific organisational settings.
